This new technology by adobe, works by means of algorithms, to guess at why an image has become blurred...and then correct it. I can't express enough how much easier this will make photography for amateurs and professionals alike. The obvious pro is that a great photo which had potential but was ruined by its blurriness can remain a great photo. The con is that this technology does makes photography too easy. A high level of photographic skill is achieved through trial and error, and taking photographs that are in focus should be a requisite skill of the photographer...not something that a computer can fix for those who take shortcuts. It seems like the internet will have to brace itself for droves of more artistic garbage. Next time I'll be sharing a link to adobe's program which automatically makes a great photo for you.
